Management and Staff of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) have expressed their thanks and praises to the Almighty God for how far the good Lord has brought their services and operations at their annual thanksgiving service held in Accra.
The celebration was held on the theme, “Be thankful unto him, and bless his name for the Lord is good” Psalm 100:4-5, with the 1st scripture reading from John 10:9-10, 2nd Reading: Philippians 4:4-6, accompanied by praise and worship with hymns such as “How sweet the Name of Jesus sound and Captain of Israel’s Host” and graced by the seasoned gospel duo, The Daughters of Glorious Jesus.
Rev. Edwin Langmer led the sermon with intercessory prayers challenging the gathering to put God first in their respective working endeavours and preached that the Almighty God will continue to bless the bank and rescue it from any financial challenges.
In an address the Managing Director of Agricultural Development Bank, Dr. John Kofi Mensah said the Good Lord have been good to the bank in all jurisdictions hence it is prudent to glorify God.
According to him, ADB for the past two and half years have witnessed tremendous growth over its fortune from a loss making bank in 2015 to a consistent profit-making bank, adding, the bank will witness a massive improvement in its fortunes, as a result of the pragmatic measures management have initiated as part of its five-year strategic plan.
